A proud alumnus of UC Davis, David earned his M.S. degree in Animal Biology in 2007, with a specialization in ruminant nutrition. His commitment to advancing the field took shape early on, as he dedicated himself to a role as a research program manager in animal behavior at UC Davis. There, he spearheaded various research trials all aimed at enhancing cow comfort.
Between 2011 and 2018, David's expertise as a dairy cattle nutritionist came to the fore. Collaborating closely with dairy producers, his guidance was pivotal in finding practical nutritional solutions that emphasized both profitability and feed efficiency.
Continuing his journey in the realm of animal health, David became a part of the Chr. Hansen family in March 2019. Serving as a Technical Service Manager, he has been instrumental in driving initiatives and knowledge-sharing, all while calling Visalia, California, his home.
