Sarah Rice joined the team in June and has quickly become a valuable part of the customer support experience. As an Account Manager, she helps customers resolve questions, troubleshoot issues, and find the support they need to succeed.
A recent graduate of Utah State University, Sarah earned her degree in Dairy and Animal Science. Her passion for agriculture started early. Growing up, she raised and showed goats from ages 9 to 18, developing a lifelong appreciation for working with animals and the agriculture industry.
While attending college, Sarah remained heavily involved in animal science through farm labs, the Animal Science Club, and activities such as halter-breaking club calves. One experience that particularly shaped her career interests was touring a dairy farm in Wisconsin, which sparked a fascination with dairy science and ultimately led her to change her major to Animal and Dairy Science.
When she's not helping customers, Sarah enjoys spending time outdoors. Her hobbies include baking, biking, hiking, watching movies and TV shows, and recently learning to golf with her husband. Although she admits she's still developing her golf skills, she's enjoying the experience and the time spent outside.
Sarah's enthusiasm for agriculture, animals, and helping others makes her a great addition to the team, and we're excited to have her aboard.
