    Hear from dairy veterinarian Dr. Michelle Schack, a producer advocate and educator who works directly with dairies on herd health, milk quality, reproduction, animal welfare, and workforce training. Through her work with Dairy Veterinary Services, DairyKind, and DairyDoc, she brings a practical perspective on the challenges and opportunities facing today’s dairy industry.

    We’ll also have some fun along the way, with conference games and prizes as we bring everyone together for our first keynote session.

    Michelle Schack

    Veterinarian
    Dr. Michelle Schack is a dairy veterinarian and partner at Dairy Veterinary Services in Arizona, where she works directly with producers on herd health programs, milk quality, reproduction services and animal welfare evaluation. She is a strong advocate for cow welfare and improved farm management practices. Dr. Schack is also co-founder of DairyKind, an online training platform designed to strengthen dairy workforce education and accountability. Through her DairyDoc social platforms, she also teaches consumers about dairy farming and milk production and has a children's book educating children about how milk gets from the cow to the carton.
