Table Space

The Exhibitor tables are in the main event room providing plenty of foot traffic from the conference attendees both during meals and breaks.

• The tables are 8" x 30" and come with 2 chairs.
• Power for the table is available for an additional $50/day.

South Point Hotel Hotel Package Handling

The South Point Hotel provides a business center that can be used for a variety of services including photocopying, faxing, notary services, and package handling.

The hours of operation are:

• Monday through Friday: 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
• Saturday and Sunday: 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

If you need to ship anything to the hotel before your arrival, packages should arrive no more than one week prior to your hotel arrival. Daily storage fees will apply if packages are received more than seven days before pick-up. If a package has not been claimed within thirty days of receipt and no contact information is provided, the package will be returned to the sender and the sender will be responsible for all additional shipping fees incurred.

If you have a small package to ship to the Hotel, it should be addressed as follows:

All packages and boxes (incoming and outgoing) are subject to package handling charges.

You must be a registered South Point hotel guest and arrangements for payment must be made at the time of pick-up. Charges may be applied to your guest room account. Prices are subject to change.
