If you've ever wondered why you haven't seen one of our emails recently, you're not alone.
Email providers like Gmail and Outlook automatically organize incoming messages into different inboxes such as Primary, Promotions, Updates, Focused, or Other. This helps reduce clutter, but it can also cause important product updates, support information, educational resources, and event announcements to be placed somewhere you don't check regularly.
We only send emails that we believe provide value to our customers, including important notices, training resources, educational articles, and conference announcements. The good news is that you can tell your email provider to deliver future emails directly to your main inbox. By moving our emails to your main inbox, it helps ensure you don't miss information that may be relevant to you.
Modern email providers don't simply separate Inbox and Spam anymore. Instead, they automatically organize incoming messages into different categories based on the type of email they believe you're receiving.
For example:
These decisions are made automatically using factors such as the content of the email, how similar messages have been categorized in the past, and how you interact with emails from the sender.
This doesn't mean the email is unwanted or unsafe, it simply means your email provider thinks it belongs in a different category. If you regularly read our emails, you can tell your email provider to deliver future messages to your Primary or Focused inbox instead.
Tip: If you're expecting an email from us and don't see it in your main inbox, check your Promotions, Updates, Other, or Junk folders before assuming it wasn't delivered.
If our emails are appearing in your Promotions or Updates tab, you can tell Gmail that you'd rather see them in your Primary inbox.
