Kami Holt joined the team on October 6 and is already diving into her role as an Account Manager. While she's currently focused on training and learning the programs she'll use to support producers, she's excited for the opportunity to build relationships with farmers and help them find solutions to the challenges they face.
Agriculture has been a part of Kami's life from the very beginning. Raised on her family's century farm in Palmyra, she grew up surrounded by the values and traditions of agriculture. Although the farm transitioned from dairy to beef before her time, her passion for the industry continued to grow through years of involvement in 4-H, FFA, and eventually earning a degree in Agribusiness. She has always known she wanted a career in agriculture and was excited for the chance to learn more about the dairy industry.
Before joining the team, Kami spent the summer serving as an FSY counselor after returning home from her LDS mission earlier this year. The experience took her throughout Texas, Tennessee, and Utah, where she developed leadership skills while working with and mentoring youth. Her passion for helping others and her strong agricultural background make her a natural fit for her role.
Outside of work, Kami enjoys country swing and line dancing, one of her favorite ways to spend time with friends. She's also a licensed nail technician who enjoys painting, spending time with family and friends, and being around animals whenever she gets the chance. Kami's enthusiasm for agriculture, love of learning, and dedication to helping others make her a wonderful addition to the team, and we're excited to have her aboard.
