For many Amelicor customers, Ladd Muirbrook is already a familiar face. After more than 35 years with DHI Computing Service, Inc., and a career spent working alongside dairy producers, Ladd has been named President and CEO of Amelicor.
Ladd’s connection to the dairy industry started long before his career. He grew up in a dairy family, where his father and grandfather relied on DHI-Provo dairy records to manage their operation. That firsthand understanding of dairy production has shaped his approach to serving customers throughout his career.
He joined DHI in 1989 while attending Brigham Young University, where he earned a degree in business management from the Marriott School of Management. Since then, he has held several roles, including Account Executive in California’s Central Valley and, most recently, Vice President of Marketing.
Through his work in sales, customer support, and marketing, Ladd has built strong relationships with dairy producers and helped guide the development of Amelicor’s herd management tools to meet the evolving needs of dairy operations.
“Ladd’s experience, knowledge of the dairy industry, and strong relationships with customers make him a natural fit to lead Amelicor,” said B. Lynn Crandall, President and Chairman of the Board of DHI. “We look forward to the experience and customer focus he brings to this role.”
As President and CEO, Ladd will continue focusing on what has always mattered most: serving dairy producers and developing technology that supports their operations.
Lee Day, who has led Amelicor for many years and served the organization for more than five decades, will continue as a Senior Advisor and Leader.
Throughout his career, Lee helped shape Amelicor’s growth, build lasting customer relationships, and advance solutions that have supported dairy producers for generations. His leadership and dedication have made a lasting difference for both the company and the customers it serves.
